JS Game
EARLY PROTOTYPE — currently a visual and movement demo.
I’m building JS Game as a world where learning JavaScript feels like part of the adventure, not a lesson pasted on top. This first browser prototype is deliberately small: for now, you can explore the setting and get a feel for its atmosphere while I work on the coding puzzles.
You play as a student who falls asleep during a lecture and wakes up in a mysterious fantasy world where code works like magic. The goal is to explore, meet unusual characters, and solve problems by writing and debugging real JavaScript.
Planned Features
- Beginner-friendly JavaScript challenges
- A story-driven pixel-art world
- A built-in code editor
- Puzzles with visible, interactive outcomes
- Learn through experimentation and debugging
Please note: This is a very early and rough prototype. The current build only lets you preview the visual style and walk around a small part of the map. Programming challenges, learning mechanics, and most of the story have not been implemented yet.
Feedback on the visuals, atmosphere, and overall concept is very welcome!
